Thank you for choosing Elite Sauna & Cold Plunge!

Please review the following shipping and delivery terms:

• Ships From: Our warehouse is located in Oregon on the West Coast of the United States.
• Shipping Method: Free Shipping
• Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days
• Delivery Time: 14-20 business days
  

You will be responsible for de-loading the sauna from the truck to the ground and moving the sauna pieces to where you want to install it. We recommend having at least 2-4 helpers and a dolly or cart to move the heavier pieces.

If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

1. Document the damage with clear photos
2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
3. Email photos to elitesaunacoldplunge@gmail.com

Resolution
Once we review your claim, we will offer:
- Replacement of damaged parts
- Full product replacement
- Store credit or refund

We are committed to resolving all damage claims 
quickly and fairly.
